When living on a development, there are certain costs that are associated with this and on Mali
Prestige these costs are worked out on a plot size basis.
The fees are charged at 13 Baht per sqm on the land size each month, for example;
A 552 sqm plot x 13 Baht = 7,176 Baht per month.
Yearly cost being 86,112 Baht.
There are 3 parts to the fees:
The Security, shuttle service & common area charge (9 Baht per sqm)
Which covers the 24 hour security servicem shuttle bus service 4 times per day & the maintenance
and upkeep of the common areas on the development.
The swimming pool charge (2 Baht per sqm)
Which covers the cleaning of the swimming pool on your private plot 2 times per week, and topping
up with salt as required (within reason)
The garden charge (2 Baht per sqm)
Which provides you with a gardener for up to 1.5 hours per day, 6 days per week excluding Sundays
& public holidays.
You have the choice to opt out of the pool & garden charges and organize your own cleaning &
gardening, however, the security, shuttle service & common area charge is compulsory.
