Welcome to our large, beautiful pool villa located in a fenced, quiet residential area in the coastal town of Hua Hin, just over two hours drive south of Bangkok, Thailand!

Along the front of the house extends a beautiful bougainvilleahäck, which ends with a sliding gate in front bilplatsen.
The front is open, but is framed by several large palm trees and flowering shrubs and grasses to be enjoyed by the barefoot feet. There are also an estimated swing for the smallest.
A small bicycle storage room located on the side of the house, where there is one adult bike with child seat, 3 kids bikes and a 3-wheeler.
When the front door is opened you are greeted by a spacious hall. In the hallway is a small sofa and a dubblelgarderob with space for hanging clothes.
Inside the hall is the spacious kitchen and living room in an open plan. The kitchen has all the amenities (such as stove, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, washing machine, coffee maker and toaster) and a kitchen island with two bar stools. Next to the kitchen island and along with the pool is a kitchen table with eight chairs. Above the kitchen table is a ceiling fan.
In the living room you are sitting comfortably in the large sofa which faces out onto the pool at the back. HDTV, cable TV and region free DVD player is on the opposite wall. The living room off the master bedroom are two chests of drawers with space for storage. From the living room is easy access out to the back and the pool by one of the two double sliding glass doors.
Full back has a non-slip floor of practical and stylish sandstone (known as sand wash). The pool is about 7 x 3.5 meters and 1:35 meters deep. The pool has a salt water system, which makes it more pleasant to swim in. The four pool lights and the remaining outdoor lighting gives the entire back a graceful look. There is also a seating area in the pool, perfect for enjoying a cool drink.
The practical uteduschen is directly adjacent to the pool. Uteduschen have a cozy night lighting, which makes it easy to shower after a refreshing evening swim.
Beside the pool is a great utelounge, as an additional living room, though out. Perfect to relax in the cozy soffguppen next to the pool after a hot day at the beach. Four fans in the roof cools nice in the heat.
The back has no transparency at all, which möjiggör total privacy. Two comfortable sun beds available.
Back in the villa there are three bedrooms with eight beds. Master bedroom faces the beautiful uteloungen on the back. Sliding glass doors allow direct access to utelougen. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, two practical chests of drawers for storage and a ceiling fan. To the master bedroom also includes a bathroom with a large mirror, convenient built-in shelves and a shower.

a week: 28.600 baht
Two Weeks: 48,400 baht
Three Weeks: 66,000 baht
Four weeks: 79.200 baht

In December and January, the weekly rate is 44,000 baht week. Fall Break Week and Easter Week
39.600 baht / week. Other weeks 28.600 baht / week. Discount given season. First come first served principle applies.
The rent includes water, garden and pool service and wireless Internet access. The house is fresh clean and the beds freshly made when you arrive at the house. The rent is exclusive of electricity consumption and its own water and cleaning and washing of linen / towels (2 500 THB for one to four guests and 3 500 THB for five to eight guests).

1-4 persons 2 000 THB and
5-8 persons 3 000 THB.
-Transportation from the house to the Market Village / night market / train 150 THB.
